Henry Purcell (1659-95) is one of England’s finest composers and Viva la Musica has chosen to give a concert entirely dedicated to his music. The small chamber choir will break into smaller ensembles for much of this music as required – with quartets, trios, duets and solos, using forces much like those which Purcell would have had at his disposal.

Accompamied by a string quartet and harpsichord/chamber organ, the concert offers you a unique and specialist experience.
