St George's Chamber Orchestra give the world premiere of Le Rayon de Soleil by Simon Baggs; the composer describes it as a melodious new work, full of buoyancy, drama and calm reflection. The SGCO will play a sumptuous collection of English music and the concert will be the finale of St George's Festival for Beckenham.
