Winchester Symphony Orchestra

Please join us for an autumn evening of music under the baton of our inspiring young guest conductor Joe Davies. We open with Elgar's orchestration of a Bach Fantasia and Fugue, a work which is not performed often enough, before being joined by Holly Teague for Strauss's much loved Four Last songs. Holly has been described as "a fine young Soprano of rare quality. Her mellifluous tone carries vocal lines with natural ease. Holly is already a singer to note". We finish with Brahms's 4th symphony.
