Considered by many to be one of Haydn's masterpieces, Haydn's popular oratorio 'The Creation' will be performed in York Minster by York Musical Society Choir and Orchestra. York Musical Society, founded in 1767, is one of the UK's oldest musical societies and regularly performs in the Minster and other local venues. York Musical Society has also performed jointly with choirs in Coventry and Muenster (York's twin city in Germany).

Ticket details: nave £20-25, unreserved side aisles £12; students and under 18s £6; under 13s free with a paying adult, one child per adult
